  • 1/3 cup Oil-vegetable
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Orange zest
  • 1 cup Cranberries dried fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped (optional)

  • 1 cup Sugar-confectioners
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Orange zest
