White Chocolate-Dipped Madeleines
Ingredients
- Store-bought chocolate and vanilla madeleine cookies
- Melted white chocolate
- Chopped cranberries and pistachios, for coating
Instructions
- Dip half of madeleine cookies in melted white chocolate on a diagonal; transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with cranberries and pistachios and let set.
