Country Crock Holiday Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 cup Margarine
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl. Cream margarine with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients just until well combined. Cover dough. Chill for 3 hours. Divide dough in half; roll out 1/8 inch thick on a well-floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Repeat with remaining dough. Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes. Remove and cool. Decorate as desired.
