White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 tb Margarine softened
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 2/3 c Brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 c Skim milk at room temperature
  • 2 Egg whites whipped
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 2/3 c Granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 ts Baking soda
  • 3 1/2 c Unbleached flour
  • 2/3 c Vanilla chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c Margarine softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 350. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, milk, and egg whites. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12 minutes.
