Chocolate Chip Camp Cookies
Ingredients
- 125 grams butter softened
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Dessicated coconut
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 3/4 cups Self raising flour
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate bits
- 1/2 cup Milk chocolate bits
Instructions
- 1. Preheat Oven to 160 C, Line 2 baking trays with non stick paper.
- 2. Beat softened butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, coconut and vanilla extract for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and well combined. Beat in 1 egg.
- 3. Stir in flour in two batches.
- 4. Stir in dark chocolate bits and milk chocolate bits until evenly distributed.
- 5. Spoon tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on the lined trays. Press down lightly
- 6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until light golden and cooked.
- 7. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- 8. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
