  6. In a small bowl stir together 1 c sifted powdered sugar, 1/2 t finely shredded orange peel, and enough orange juice (1 - 2 T) to make a frosting of drizzling consistency.
  7. TO STORE: Place in layers separated by waxed paper in an airtight container; cover. Store at room temperature foi up to 3 days or freeze undrizzled cookies for up to 3 months. Thaw cookies, then drizzle.
