Cranberry Oatmeal White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 1 1/2 c Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 c Sweetened dried cranberries
  • 2/3 c Butter softened
  • 2/3 c Brown Sugar packed
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2/3 c White chocolate chunks
  • 1 ts Baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 375 F. Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries and chocolate. Drop by spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
