Chocolate, cranberry and pecan-nut cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Cake flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 7 ounces Butter softened
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 pound White chocolate chopped
- 1/4 pound Dark chocolate chopped
- 3 1/2 ounce Dried cranberries
- 3 1/2 ounces Pecan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F / 180C / Gas Mark 4
- Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
- Beat the butter until light and creamy. Add the egg and mix. Add in the flour mixture, then the chocolate, cranberries, and pecans.
- When all mixed, dollop 1 tablespoon sized mounds onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
