Chocolate, cranberry and pecan-nut cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Cake flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 7 ounces Butter softened
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 pound White chocolate chopped
  • 1/4 pound Dark chocolate chopped
  • 3 1/2 ounce Dried cranberries
  • 3 1/2 ounces Pecan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F / 180C / Gas Mark 4
  2. Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
  3. Beat the butter until light and creamy. Add the egg and mix. Add in the flour mixture, then the chocolate, cranberries, and pecans.
  4. When all mixed, dollop 1 tablespoon sized mounds onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
